Planning Your Rocky Mountain Log Home Package

Whether you choose one of our popular standard log home plans, a plan from our Accent Homes series, or design a custom home that you've always dreamed of, your project manager will answer your questions and guide you through the process from start to finish.

The Seven steps to building your Rocky home:

  1. A free estimate with an itemized list that includes all the materials in your log home package.
  2. Assignment of a designer to work with you to design your new log home to your exact specifications.
  3. If we collectively feel that input from an architect will be of value, we will submit a list of architectural firms for you to interview. Even if you have your own architect we would suggest involving your project manager from the beginning.
  4. Referral to a builder in your area who is experienced in log home construction.
  5. Completion of your blueprint floor plans and exterior elevations / general building plans that are suitable for obtaining financing and discussing with contractors.
  6. Final design process, which includes reviews by your structural engineer and preparation of the final construction documents.
  7. Production, manufacturing, final inspection and shipping of your log home or cabin package to your home site.
